I find it's a good idea to have all of your 2 min CDs on a single macro, because they don't have GCDs So trinkets, racials, profession and most class skills can all be put in 1 button press for big burst bonuses. If you're bad about using these on CD, like I am, you can also macro them into something you use regularly to make sure you're at least not wasting them. Just make sure the cast with a GCD is the last line.
